From energy-efficient buildings to green public spaces, it promotes environmentally conscious development that meets today’s needs while preserving resources for future generations. Baku White City exemplifies a commitment to progress and environmental awareness.
COP29, one of the key international platforms for discussing climate change, brought together 72,000 participants from 169 countries. Alongside meetings and negotiations, the exhibition featured pavilions from various countries and organisations showcasing climate action solutions and projects.
The Baku White City project is being implemented within the framework of the “Comprehensive Action Plan for Improving the Environmental Situation in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2006–2010,” approved by an Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
