The construction of Park district within Baku White City at the height of up to 25 meters from the level of the Caspian Sea, continues. Residential complexes, school, kindergarten, business center, as well as underground car parkings are being built in the quarter next to one of the city's largest parks - Nizami park.
The construction of 20-storey residential complexes is being completed. Landscaping areas and playgrounds are being created on the podiums of modern buildings. Trees are planted on pavements 7 meters wide, the district is provided with electricity, gas, plumbing, Internet and IPTV.

Nizami park founded in 1883 has harbored a distant memory of its founders; the building where the Nobel brothers’ office was located.
The new park concept has been conceived in a classic style, and offers a kindergarten and a wide range of entertainments for children. Current area of 11,7 ha will be increased and equipped with new amenities and provided with parking spaces.

For comfort of visitors renewed and re-organized space will be provided with public parking, This will help to achieve two things - to become one of the most favoured leisure destinations for city residents, and also to become a suitable venue for city-wide events.

Callison RTKL and Chapman Taylor Architects also worked on the Park Quarter, designed by British ATKINS, along with local architectural companies.

Knightsbridge Residence, designed by Chapman Taylor, in a short time became an adornment of the district. The architectural style of the complex of 34 ha was inspired by Knightsbridge district of London. The facade of one of the 7 buildings of the complex has been completed, and at the moment, 4 more buildings are under construction.

In general, infrastructure work in the Park district will be completed during the year.
