Baku White City presented an innovative service in apartment acquisition last year. For the first time in Azerbaijan “Menzilim” monitoring service gave apartment owners a chance to check the necessary information about the apartment online. “Menzilim” monitoring service is carried out by an independent monitoring group and prevents spread recently cases of fraud and speculation in the sale of real estate.
Over the period of its activity about 50 buildings of Baku White City project joined “Menzilim” service, and from now on the service is available for apartment owners as well as for the owners of convenient retail spaces.
Within 30 days from the date of signing the property purchase contract the owner receives a plastic card. The card displays a unique user name and password of the property owner. Username is made up of the initials of the surname, name and patronymic, as well as the PIN code of the owner’s ID, hence the user name becomes unique.
To ensure the confidentiality of information provided on the card, the user name and password are covered with scratch-paint and placed in an envelope, sealed with hologram by a representative of the monitoring group. The property owners enter the user name and password on the website www.menzilim.bakuwhitecity.com and can check all the information about the property. Owners, as well, will receive news about their property with the help of this page.
