The REAL VIENNA 2011 Real Estate and Investment Exhibition, primarily featuring participants from Central and Eastern Europe, will take place on May 24–25, 2011, at the Messe Wien Exhibition and Congress Centre in the Austrian capital. The Baku White City urban development project will participate for the first time as one of the exhibition’s principal exhibitors.
REAL VIENNA plays a key role in bringing together leading developers and professionals working across all major areas of real estate, alongside representatives of major cities and regions in Central and Eastern Europe.
The event, renowned for its high-level business networking opportunities, is expected to welcome 400 invited guests, including senior executives from many exhibiting companies, their key clients, investors, government representatives and prominent urban planners from Central and Eastern Europe. The exhibition will bring together cities, municipalities and regions, as well as real estate consultancies, companies providing construction management and production organisation services, service providers and media outlets covering the property market.
The Baku White City urban development project is being implemented under the decree issued by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev approving the “Comprehensive Action Plan for Improving the Environmental Situation in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2006–2010.”
