The East Europe and Asia Real Estate Awards is the only commercial real estate event covering Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia & Ukraine with discussion panels & presentations covering office, retail and logistic investment and development opportunities. On November 25th, 2015 Kiev hosted this joint event with over 250 local regional and international guests attending both the forum & awards event.
Baku White City Office Building was among the nominees in Offices category and won the Certificate of Excellence as one of East Europe and Asia’s best projects.
The Office Building is celebrating the first anniversary of its opening in December. This landmark of Baku White City was already awarded a number of international and local prizes since its design phase.
