October 1, 2014 the fastest growing urban project Baku White City introduced a new monitoring service "Mənzilim". The service is made for property acquisition within Baku White City. "Mənzilim" monitoring service give owners the opportunity to learn detailed information about their property online.
Thus, within 30 days from the date of signing the property purchase contract the owner receives a plastic card. The card displays a unique user name and password of the property owner. Username is made up of the initials of the surname, name and patronymic, as well as the PIN code of the owner’s ID, hence the user name becomes unique.
To ensure the confidentiality of information provided on the card, the user name and password are covered with scratch-paint and placed in an envelope, sealed with hologram by a representative of the monitoring group. The property owners enter the user name and password on the website www.menzilim.bakuwhitecity.com and can check all the information about the property. Owners, as well, will receive news about their property with the help of this page.
