As part of the Baku White City project, the Ministry of Transport "Azəryolservis" provides thorough reconstruction of Khagani Rustamov street. General length of the road is 1,400 meters, of these 1,025 meters of drilling and landfilling work is underway.
Currently base pavement of the road is being built. The coating thickness of the road on Khagani Rustamov street will be 79 cm. Of these, 27 cm of limestone coating, 25 cm of sand and gravel covering and 27 cm of asphalt.
The street, connecting Nobel and Babek avenues, will generally consist of a 6-lanes - three in each direction. The width of the street is 45 meters.
