Located on Nobel Avenue, Nizami Park, which used to be the favorite park of the citizens for many years, remained without care for many years and became abandoned. According to the Master Plan of Baku White City project, it is planned to improve and expand the park.
The Executive Power of Khatai district of Baku city is currently working on the improvement of Nizami Park, and the park is expected to be open for citizens in the future.
Nizami Park is located in Park Quarter of Baku White City project. Knightsbridge Residence complex, which is completing construction, is located to the west of the park, and to the north are 20-story residential buildings built at an altitude of 25 meters above the Caspian Sea. Park Quarter includes gardens and squares, pedestrian alley, school, kindergarten, business center, executive building and underground parkings.
Currently, investors are carrying out construction works, also infrastructure and landscaping works are being completed. The State Automobile Roads Agency of Azerbaijan, AZERSU OJSC, AZERISHIG OJSC, AZERIGAZ PA and Delta Telecom are completing construction of roads, water supply systems, sewage and rainwater, electricity and gas supply, as well as IT channels.
In Park Quarter, the project of which includes medium and high-rise buildings, all conditions are created for a comfortable life and recreation for residents. All this will soon make the quarter one of the most attractive places to live. In general, the completion of infrastructure and landscaping of Park Quarter is expected by the end of the year.
