During design of this area was adopted a concept of similarity with the existing Fountain Square. A space surrounded by residential buildings with underground parking organized as a pedestrian passage and Fountains Square park in direct proximity of metro station. Fountain Square gradually steps down towards the sea and connects to the shopping mall by a graceful pedestrian bridge.
